On Thursday, November 30th, UFCW Local 152 members at BEVCO Service, Inc. in Edgewater Park, New Jersey ratified a new union contract!

The three-year contract brings about several improvements. First, all members will receive an immediate 4% wage increase followed by considerable annual increases for the life of the contract.

In an effort to provide a more comfortable retirement, the employer has agreed to contribute at a higher rate to the members’ 401K accounts. Finally, members maintained their affordable healthcare at no additional out-of-pocket expense.

Congratulations to our members and the Negotiating Committee! The committee included Assistant Director of Collective Bargaining Lisa Sanders, Union Representative Jose Echevarria, Shop Steward John Grover, and Brian Watson.
