Lisa Sanders
Executive Vice President/Recorder
Lisa’s union membership began in August 1996, as a secretary at the local office. In 1998, Lisa became a Union Representative, a position she has held for the past 19 years, representing retail stores and manufacturing plants in Delaware and Maryland.
In January 2020, Lisa became the Assistant Director of Collective Bargaining, helping to negotiate the best contracts possible for our union members. In 2024, she became the Executive Vice President.
Lisa also serves on UFCW Local 152’s Executive Board as the Recorder, helping make fundamental decisions on behalf of the Local.
