On Tuesday, April 20th, UFCW Local 152 members at Kunzler & Company in Lancaster, Pennsylvania overwhelmingly voted to ratify a new union contract!

This new three-year contract has provided many improvements for our members. Firstly, members at Kunzler & Company will have the largest across-the-board wage increase the plant has seen in years! The contract also preserves affordable health and welfare for our members, many of whom still enjoy 100% employer-paid health benefits for their families. And last but not least, Shop Stewards are now eligible for expanded premium pay.

Congratulations to the Negotiating Committee and our members! This included Director of Collective Bargaining Dan Ross, Assistant Director of Collective Bargaining Lisa Sanders, Union Representative Greg Torian, Chief Shop Steward Amy Carns, Shop Stewards Kirk Ludman and James Berntheizel, and Committeeperson Carl Beaverson. Great job by all!
