On Tuesday, June 5th, 2018, UFCW Local 152 members of Taylor Provisions in Trenton, New Jersey unanimously ratified a new contract, 42-0. The new three-year contract includes $1.00 increase every year, a ratification bonus, increased pension contributions, and a continuation of company-sponsored healthcare increases.

Congratulations to our members and the Negotiating Committee, which included Union Representative Jerry Chudoff, Director of Collective Bargaining Larry Lucente, and commitee members Clayde Arago, Sheila Brown, and Christopher Cruz.

Taylor Provisions was formed in 1939 and is best known for their “Taylor Ham” pork roll and other meat products. Taylor Pork Roll was originally developed in 1856 by John Taylor of Hamilton Square, NJ and sold as “Taylor Ham.” Today, whether you say “Taylor Ham” or “Pork Roll,” we can all agree that it’s delicious!
