Family Foods Negotiating Committee

On Friday, August 31st, UFCW Local 152 members at Family Foods in Bensalem, Pennsylvania unanimously ratified a new contract, 41-0.

The new four-year contract includes wage increases over the lifetime of the contract, a decrease in employee healthcare contributions, and an increase in the yearly opt-out amount (in accordance with maintenance of benefits), and a ratification bonus.

Congratulations to our members and the Negotiating Committee, which included Director of Collective Bargaining Larry Lucente, Union Representative Jerry Chudoff, and members Raysa Abreu-Espinosa, Samuel Rivas, and Griselle Moreno.

Family Foods is a meat processing plant. You can find their products under the Arnold’s brand name in union stores around the area.
