On Tuesday, September 11th, UFCW Local 152 members of Eagleview Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Pittsgrove, New Jersey ratified a new contract with a vote of 29-1.

The three-year contract introduces many new perks for our members. With the newly ratified contract, Eagleview members will see a wage increase for each year of the contract; shift differential rates for weekend, second, and third shift workers; and employees will now be paid for their meal break if they need to work through it for the needs of the business. Additionally, members will now have a lesser out-of-pocket cost for their healthcare benefits, including newly-bargained legal services.

UFCW Local 152 represents about sixty certified nursing assistants (CNAs), dietary aides, housekeeping/laundry aides, and maintenance workers at Eagleview Healthcare and Rehabilitation.
