On Friday, January 4th, UFCW Local 152 members of CRS Facility Services at the Philadelphia Mills Mall in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania unanimously ratified a new contract!

With the newly ratified contract, Philadelphia Mills Mall members will now receive many additional perks to their existing contract. This includes a wage increase each year for the lifetime of the contract (in addition to a contract ratification bonus), and enhanced bereavement leave. Pants are now included as part of their uniform allotment provided by the employer, and enhancements were made to the seniority rights for job protection in case of sickness. Overall, the three-year contract introduced many great new perks for our members – all guaranteed because of their union contract.

Congratulations to our members and the Negotiating Committee, which included Assistant Director of Collective Bargaining Dan Ross, Jr, and Union Representative Jose Echevarria.

UFCW Local 152 represents about 25 members at the Philadelphia Mills Mall, a shopping mall located in northeast Philadelphia boasting over 200 stores, an AMC movie theater, and many dining and entertainment opportunities. Our members do the janitorial services and groundskeeping for the mall.
