On Thursday, January 1st, workers at Environmental Service Concepts at Tanger Outlets in Atlantic City, New Jersey, welcomed the new year by ratifying a new union contract. Congratulations!

The agreement provides our members with immediate across-the-board wage increases, as well as yearly increases for the life of the three-year contract. To better support our members in retirement, the workers at Environmental Service Concepts will also receive an increase to the Employer-sponsored UFCW Local 152 Savings Plan. Through hard bargaining, these workers will maintain their 100% company-funded health and welfare benefits.

Congratulations to our members! The contract would not have been possible without the union negotiating committee, which included Bargaining Representative Peter White and Union Representative Jose Echevarria.
