| 2014 Mobile Wellness Van Free Flu Shot Schedules |
| The UFCW Mobile Wellness Van will be visiting various locations administering flu shots to participants of the Local 152 Health & Welfare Fund and their eligible adult family members. Please be sure you have your medical card and ID available for the staff to administer your shot.
