On Thursday, January 20th, 2022, UFCW Local 152 members at the City of Long Branch, NJ ratified a new union contract!

The new two-year agreement introduces generous annual wage increases of at least 2.75% for all members. Additionally, those who perform services such as snow or tree removal in the event of inclement weather will now receive a yearly stipend.

Congratulations to our members and the Negotiating Committee, which consisted of Union Representative Chad Brooks, Shop Stewards Shannon Bruno and George Hussey, and committee member Vincent Todaro. Well done!

UFCW Local 152 represents about thirty workers at the City of Long Branch, NJ. Our members work in a variety of supervisory positions for the City, ensuring regular city operations run smoothly.
