On Tuesday, September 13th, fifty members at Autumn Lake Healthcare in Ocean View, New Jersey came together and ratified a new union contract!

The new three-year agreement provides all members with immediate wage increases as well as annual wage increases each year. Additionally, some classifications will receive a shift differential of up to $3.00 per hour. Our members at Autumn Lake Healthcare also gained Juneteenth as an additional paid holiday.
