On Tuesday, November 30th, UFCW Local 152 members who work for CRS Facility Services at the Philadelphia Mills Mall in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania unanimously ratified a new union contract!

The new, three-year contract introduces many new benefits for our members. All members will receive a 75¢ wage increase each year for the life of the contract, in addition to a $100 ratification bonus. In addition to these monetary improvements, the Negotiating Committee was able to secure two additional personal days for the members!

Congratulations to our members and the hardworking Negotiating Committee, which consisted of Director of Organizing Chad Brooks, Union Representative Jose Echevarria, and Shop Steward Bradley Smith. Great job, everyone!
