On Tuesday, November 11, approximately forty workers at Barclays Rehabilitation in Cherry Hill, New Jersey ratified a new union contract!

The new three-year agreement guarantees annual wage increases for all members, as well as a one-time ratification bonus. Additionally, members who choose to waive healthcare benefits offered through Barclays will now receive an hourly premium.

Congratulations to our members! The contract would not have been possible without the union negotiating committee, which included Collective Bargaining Representative Chad Brooks and Shop Steward Daisy Santiago.
