Local 152 has received an increasing number of reports that management personnel are performing bargaining unit work.
While members face reduced hours, shrinking schedules, and heavier workloads, management performing work traditionally assigned to union members is unacceptable.

Report incidents of management performing bargaining unit work by completing the form below.
Please be as detailed as possible. Include the following:
- Name of supervisor
- Work they performed (example: stocking shelves, working prepack)
- Location of the incident (example: frozen food aisle)
- Length of incident
- Name of witnesses
- Any other pertinent information
Your reports will help identify violations, protect bargaining unit work, and hold the Company accountable.
