IMPORTANT UPDATE: Status of Contract Negotiations
To all Hanover Foods (Clayton) Members:
Your Bargaining Committee has been working hard to secure a contract that reflects the value of your labor and the dedication you bring to Hanover Foods every day.
We remain committed to reaching an agreement, but sadly the negotiator representing the company refuses to make any meaningful counter proposals. We are unsure of the reasoning, but we believe that it’s a lack of authority at the bargaining table to do so.

Our goal has always been a contract that continues to protect your future.
What You Can Do Now?
- Stay Informed: Watch for official union updates.
- Stay United: Rumors often circulate during this time; rely only on official Union communications.
- Show Solidarity: Continue to support one another on the shop floor. Our strength will always be our unity.
