Stephen Rinaldi

Special Projects Union Representative (SPUR)

Stephen Rinaldi began his union journey in 2001 at Acme Markets on Faulk and Naamans Road in Delaware, where he worked as a meat clerk. Through the years, he has worked in the meat, deli, and seafood departments, and managed all three departments as well. He eventually became a meat cutter.

Steve was elected Shop Steward in 2006 at Acme Markets in Exton, Pennsylvania. Since then, he has served as part of the union negotiating committee for many years. Additionally, he has served on Local 152’s Executive Board, helping make fundamental decisions on behalf of the local.

In February 2026, Steve joined UFCW Local 152 staff as a Special Projects Union Representative (S.P.U.R.). Today, he represents retail facilities in Pennsylvania and Delaware.

Steve lives in Springfield, Pennsylvania with his wife, Felicia, and kids.
