Peter White

Collective Bargaining Representative

Peter White began his union journey in 2013 at Meadow Lakes Retirement Community in East Windsor, New Jersey. At this facility, he worked as a line cook for six years before transferring to a position in the maintenance department. During his time there, he quickly saw the benefits and importance of the union and decided to get involved. He was appointed Shop Steward and then Chief Shop Steward shortly after.

In 2020, Pete joined the UCFW Local 152 staff as a Special Project Union Representative (S.P.U.R) before becoming a Union Representative. He used his experience to represent healthcare facilities throughout New Jersey. He also briefly worked as an organizer before becoming a Collective Bargaining Representative in 2025.

Peter lives in Mercer County with his wife, daughter, and son.
