On Thursday, December 8th, nearly 500 Cape Regional Medical Center members ratified a new union contract!
The new contract provides our members with across-the-board wage increases each year for the life of the contract. In addition to these yearly increases, the agreement adjusted wages for various positions and considerably increased shift differentials, charge pay, and on-call pay, and allows our members more PTO carryover than ever before. Finally, our members will maintain excellent medical benefits.
Congratulations to our members and the Negotiating Committee, including Director of Collective Bargaining Dan Ross, Director of Field Services Peggy Kelly, Shop Stewards Audrey Brown, Chris Reitnauer, Kristy Pollard, Amanda Molino, and Fred Plenn.
UFCW Local 152 proudly represents nearly five hundred members at Cape Regional Medical Center, a hospital in Cape May County, New Jersey. Our members, who work in nearly every department of the hospital, provide the highest quality healthcare services to residents and visitors of Cape May County.
