1. Bid Card payroll attachments should be distributed with the paychecks. 2. Associates complete the card in its entirety and make sure all information provided is correct.
ALL COMPLETED CARDS MUST BE POSTMARKED AND RETURNED NO LATER THAN MARCH 31, 2013. ANY INCOMPLETE CARDS WILL BE RETURNED FOR COMPLETION.
