On Wednesday, October 26th, more than two hundred workers at Catelli Brothers in Camden, New Jersey stood united and ratified a new union contract!
The three-year agreement implements yearly across-the-board wage increases for our members. It also increases holiday premium pay. In addition to these economic improvements, the new contract maintains our members’ affordable healthcare and improves their Employer-sponsored 401(k) match. Finally, our members will receive a bonus for ratifying the new contract.
Congratulations to our members and the Negotiating Committee, which included Director of Bargaining Dan Ross, Union Representative Matte Kane, Chief Shop Steward Richard Mosley, and Shop Stewards Luis Ward and Lemuel Cox.
UFCW Local 152 represents more than 200 workers at Catelli Brothers, a meat processing plant producing high-quality veal and lamb products. You can find their products under the Catelli Brothers name at your local union retailer.
