Peggy Kelly

VP/Director of Field Services

Peggy Kelly began her journey as a UFCW union member in 1986 as a Patient Registration Clerk at Cape Regional Medical Center in Cape May Court House, New Jersey. She also served as the shop steward at Cape Regional and was a voice for her fellow workers on the job site. From here she joined Local 152’s staff in September 2009 as a Special Projects Union Representative (S.P.U.R.). Her passion and experience in healthcare offer a unique perspective when representing our members.

Today, Peggy serves as Director of Field Services and also represents healthcare facilities in southern New Jersey. She also serves on UFCW Local 152’s Executive Board, helping make fundamental decisions on behalf of the Local.
