Danette Montes-Palmore started her journey in the local union as a receptionist for the local office in March 1996. Since then she has worked her way through the ranks by holding various positions such as secretary, organizer, and union representative, before finally coming to her current position as Director of Field Services in New Jersey. Her many roles offer a very unique and thorough understanding of the union and its goals.

Danette is bilingual and can fluently speak Spanish. She also serves on UFCW Local 152’s Executive Board, helping make fundamental decisions on behalf of the Local.
