Danette Montes-Palmore

VP/Executive Assistant to the President

Danette Montes-Palmore started her journey in the union as a receptionist for the local office in March 1996. Since then she has worked her way through the ranks by holding various positions such as secretary, organizer, and union representative, before finally coming to her current position as Executive Assistant to the President. Her many roles offer a unique and thorough understanding of the union and its goals.

Danette is bilingual and can fluently speak Spanish. She also serves on UFCW Local 152’s Executive Board, helping make fundamental decisions on behalf of the Local.
