Dana Belton

Union Representative

Dana Belton’s union journey began in 2011 when she was hired as a certified nursing assistant (CNA) at United Methodist Communities at The Shores in Ocean City, New Jersey.

She became the Healthcare Unit Clerk and was elected Shop Steward in 2016. Additionally, she has served on Local 152’s Executive Board, helping make fundamental decisions on behalf of the local.

In July 2024, Dana joined UFCW Local 152 staff as a Special Projects Union Representative (S.P.U.R.) and became a Union Representative in July 2025. She lives with her husband and son in Atlantic County.
