Case’s Pork Roll (Trenton, NJ) Ratifies New Contract – 6/05/2018

On Tuesday, June 5th, 2018, UFCW Local 152 members of Case’s Pork Roll ratified a new four-year contract with a vote of 9-3. The new contract included wage increases every year, a continuation of no healthcare benefit cost-sharing by members, and pension contributions by the company to maintain the current benefit level.

Congratulations to our members and those on the Negotiating Committee, which included Director of Collective Bargaining Larry Lucente, Union Representative Jerry Chudoff, and Shop Steward James Grant.

As the name implies, Case’s Pork Roll is best known for their flavorful pork roll found in Local 152 union stores, including ShopRite private label brand. It has been family owned since 1870 in Trenton, NJ. If you’re from the Garden State, chances are you’ve eaten Case’s Pork Roll on your most recent pork roll, egg, and cheese sandwich.
